FAQ's
First time intimate wax – what should I expect?
If you’re feeling nervous, that’s completely normal —most of my clients felt exactly the same before their first appointment.
When you arrive, we’ll have a gentle chat first. I’ll ask about your skin, sensitivity, and any concerns so I can tailor everything to you. You’ll be given privacy to get ready, and I’ll guide you step by step so you always feel comfortable.
I use high-quality wax suitable for sensitive areas and work in small sections to minimise discomfort. I’ll also show you breathing techniques and positioning to make it easier.
The truth is it’s quick, and with regular waxing it becomes much more comfortable over time, with finer regrowth and less irritation.
After your treatment, I’ll guide you through simple aftercare (like avoiding heat, tight clothing, and exfoliating gently after a few days).
This is a safe, respectful space no judgement, just care.

First time spray tan – how does it work?
A spray tan is one of the easiest ways to feel instantly more confident especially if you don’t have time for sun or holidays.
Before your appointment, I’ll guide you to exfoliate your skin and avoid moisturiser, deodorant, or perfume on the day.
At your appointment:
-
You can wear disposable underwear or your own
-
I’ll guide you through simple positions (nothing awkward)
-
The application takes around 15 minutes
I’ll customise the shade so it suits your skin tone whether you want a subtle glow or a deeper bronze.
After your tan:
-
Leave it to develop for the recommended time
-
Avoid water during this period
-
Moisturise daily after rinsing to extend the life of your tan
You’ll notice an instant glow, but the real magic happens the next day.

What is a lymphatic drainage massage?
This is one of the most underrated treatments and once you try it, you’ll understand why.
Your lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins and excess fluid from your body, but sometimes it becomes sluggish (especially with stress, hormonal changes, or long periods of sitting).
This massage uses slow, rhythmic movements to:
-
reduce water retention and puffiness
-
support detoxification
-
improve circulation
-
boost your immune system
-
calm your nervous system
It’s not a deep tissue massage it’s gentle, almost meditative.
Clients often say they feel lighter, less bloated, and deeply relaxed like their body has had a reset.

What is a hormonal balance facial?
This facial is designed with real women in mind — especially if your skin feels different due to stress, perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal shifts.
We focus on:
-
calming inflammation
-
restoring hydration
-
supporting collagen
-
strengthening the skin barrier
But it’s not just about products it’s about how you feel.
The treatment includes relaxing massage techniques that help regulate your nervous system, reduce tension, and bring your body back into balance.
It’s a space to pause, breathe, and feel cared for inside and out.

What are Calgel nails?
Calgel is perfect if you want beautiful nails without damaging your natural nail.
Unlike traditional hard gels, Calgel is flexible, which means
-
it’s less likely to lift or break
-
it feels lighter and more comfortable
It’s ideal if you’re trying to grow your natural nails or want a clean, polished look that last

What is a Footlogix pedicure?
This is not just a “pamper pedicure” it’s a treatment that actually improves the health of your feet.
Using Footlogix medical-grade products, we treat:
-
cracked heels
-
dry or sensitive skin
-
hard skin and calluses
The products are lightweight and absorb into the skin rather than sitting on top, which means the results last longer.
The treatment is finished with nourishing care and a relaxing touch so you leave feeling both cared for and pampered.
Especially beneficial if you’re always on your feet

How often should I come for treatments?
Consistency is where the real results happen.
-
Facials: every 4–6 weeks
-
Lymphatic massage: weekly or bi-weekly for best results
-
Waxing: every 4–6 weeks
-
Spray tan: every 7–10 days (or for special occasions)
Think of this as maintenance for your body and mind not just a one-off treat.
